Prominent Roofing is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the Twin Cities area — and we're not necessarily looking for someone with roofing experience. We're looking for the right person. Some of our best candidates have come from retail, fitness, car sales, wireless, hospitality, and other customer-facing roles. If you know how to connect with people, work hard, and stay consistent under pressure, we want to talk.

What you'll actually do

This is a field-based role. You'll be out in the community — meeting homeowners, building trust, running appointments, and closing deals. Lead generation comes from door knocking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach. You won't be behind a desk. You'll be moving, talking, and building relationships every day.

Schedule
